When a bird is born, certain instincts take over and the fight for survival is begun. Young birds instinctively look towards their mother for food, shelter and protection from predators. Somehow, these tiny creatures, only moments old, know who is an enemy and who is not.

It's also the spacious living quarters that we allow our birds to have. Our breeders work out of two outdoor aviaries which are appropriately heated and cooled as the season dictates. Large, comfortable cages complete with nesting boxes make it the ideal place for birds to feel at home and lay eggs.
